At Scents by DMW, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. Shipping

All orders are hand poured and made to order. Shipping costs are based on weight and automatically calculated during checkout.  Orders are shipped within 4 business days of purchase using USPS Priority or First Class Mail Service. Orders are individually packaged with care and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Clients will receive a notification when an order is shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles daily.  Our candles are made using natural soy wax, soy/coconut blend wax, pure fragrance oils and natural oils, resulting in a candle that is clean burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at info@scentsbydmw.com so we can make it right!

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to info@scentsbydmw.com within 3 days of delivery.

You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
